Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F or 190°C to 230°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Preparation of Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the asparagus, bell pepper, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon fillets alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables on a plate.

  2. 8

    Garnish (optional)

You may garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill, and a wedge of lemon if desired.
