Method
Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- 4
Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Top with sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Dressing Preparation
- 5
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic (use a garlic press or finely chop), Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat the lettuce and toppings evenly with the dressing.
