Method
Wrap Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- 2
Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or paper towels, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Mix the Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, and croutons. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4
Add the Dressing
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 5
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the salad mixture onto the center of the wrap. Fold in the sides and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- 6
Serve
Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side.
