Prepare the Croutons

Cut and Toast the Bread
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into small cubes, about 1-inch in size. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it with a salad spinner or paper towels. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the torn romaine, croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese.
