Method
Preparing the Cauliflower
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Coat with Seasoning
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- 4
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, and in a large bowl, toss the hot cauliflower with the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Making the Ranch Dressing
- 5
Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 6
Chill the Dressing
Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
