Method
Prepare Glass
- 1
Chill and fill
Chill a large wine glass or rocks glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with a few large ice cubes to keep the spritz cold without quickly diluting it.
- 2
If using large ice cube(s), add them to the glass now so they settle while you build the drink.
Build the Spritz
- 3
Combine base and citrus
Pour 3 oz Martini & Rossi Floreale into the prepared glass. Add 0.5 oz fresh orange juice and, if you prefer a touch more sweetness, add 0.25 oz simple syrup. Stir gently once to combine.
- 4
Top with bubbles
Slowly pour 2 oz chilled NA sparkling wine over the back of a spoon (or down the glass side) to preserve effervescence, then add 1 oz chilled seltzer to finish. Stir very gently once or twice to integrate without flattening the bubbles.
