Combine ingredients
Add Ford's Gin (2 oz), Manzanilla Sherry (1/2 oz), and Chartreuse Elixir Vegetal (1/4 oz) into a mixing glass.
- 3
Add ice and stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice (about 1 cup or enough to come near the top). Stir gently for 20–30 seconds (about 15–20 revolutions) until the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.

- 5
Strain
Double strain the cocktail (through a Hawthorne and fine strainer or a fine mesh) into the chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish & Finish

- 7
Express citrus & garnish
Express the lemon twist over the cocktail to release the oils, run the peel around the rim if you didn't salt, then drop the twist into the drink as garnish.
- 8
Serve immediately. The finished cocktail should be cold, balanced with herbal notes from the Chartreuse, saline lift from the Manzanilla and Maldon salt, and bright citrus aromatics from the lemon twist.
