    Prepare the Glass

    Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro and fresh lemon juice. Shake gently to mix.

    Strain the mixture into the prepared wine glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling wine.
