Prepare the Duck Wings
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the duck wings with salt, black pepper, and five spice powder.

Confit the Wings
Place the wings in a baking dish and cover with duck fat. Cook in the oven for about 2 hours until tender.

Crisp the Wings
Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Scallion Pancake

Make Dough
In a bowl, mix flour and boiling water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare Pancakes
Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece, spread with oil, sprinkle with salt, and add scallions. Roll up tightly and flatten.

Cook Pancakes
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook each pancake until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
