Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass or a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Mix the Aperitif and Lemon Juice
Pour 150 ml of Mionetto Alcohol Free Aperitivo into the glass over the ice. Add 30 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass.

Add Club Soda
Top the mixture with 100 ml of club soda. This will add fizz and dilute the drink slightly.

Serve and Enjoy
Stir gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!
