Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill Champagne

Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving to ensure it is chilled.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and use a juicer to extract approximately 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

  3. 3

    Prepare Glasses

Gather your champagne flutes or glasses and ensure they are clean and dry.

  4. 4

    Mix the Mimosa

In each glass, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts champagne. For example, pour 1/3 cup of orange juice followed by 2/3 cup of champagne.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add a slice of orange to the rim of each glass for garnish.
