Edamame

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Add Edamame

    Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of edamame pods to the pot.

    Cook Edamame

    Let the edamame cook for 5-6 minutes until bright green and tender.

    Drain and Season

    After cooking, drain the edamame in a colander. While still hot, sprinkle with 1 tsp of cracked black pepper and 1 tsp of sea salt. Toss gently to combine.

    Serve

    Transfer the seasoned edamame to a serving bowl and enjoy while warm.
