Crab Cakes Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine fresh crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Shape Crab Cakes
Form the mixture into patties, approximately 3 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill
Refrigerate the shaped crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to help set.

Old Bay Fingerlings Preparation

Prepare Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and slice fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise.

Season and Roast
In a bowl, toss the fingerling potatoes with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Prepare Asparagus
Wash asparagus and trim off the woody ends.

In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Hollandaise Sauce Preparation

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

Slowly drizzle in the melted butter while whisking constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
