Prepare the Bruschetta

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread and arrange on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.

Dice the tomatoes and mix them with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper, and brush it onto the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until flaky. Squeeze lemon juice on top before serving.
