Sweet Dishes

1

Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

2

Add Berries

Gently fold in the fresh berries to the batter.

3

Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Savory Dishes

4

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

5

Sauté Spinach and Tomatoes

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until the spinach is wilted.

6

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sautéed spinach and tomatoes.

7

Bake the Egg Dish

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with Gruyère cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
