Preparation
- 1
Measure the Tea Leaves
Gather all the base ingredients: organic green tea, organic black tea, and organic herbal tea blend. Measure 2 tablespoons of each and combine them in a mixing bowl.
- 2
Add Flavor Enhancements
To the bowl with the base tea blend, add 1 tablespoon each of dried chamomile flowers, dried mint leaves, and dried lavender buds. Mix gently to combine the flavors.
- 3
Store the Loose Leaf Tea
Transfer the blended tea into an airtight container. Store it in a cool, dark place to preserve freshness.
Brewing Instructions
- 4
Boil Water
In a kettle, bring water to a boil. Use approximately 1 cup (240 ml) of water for every 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea.
- 5
Steep the Tea
Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 1 minute. Place 1 teaspoon of the loose leaf tea blend into a tea infuser or directly into the cup. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Serve and Enjoy
Remove the tea infuser or strain the tea leaves if brewed directly in the cup. Enjoy your organic loose leaf tea hot or let it cool to enjoy iced.
