Combine the Spirits
In a mixing pitcher, pour 1 cup of Old Forester bourbon and 1 cup of house coffee liqueur. Stir gently with a bar spoon until well combined.
Cream Preparation

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy cream. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

Add Simple Syrup
Once the cream has reached soft peaks, gradually mix in 0.5 cup of simple syrup until fully incorporated.
Serving

Combine and Serve
In a serving glass, pour equal parts of the bourbon and coffee liqueur mixture. Top generously with the whipped cream mixture. Optionally, garnish with coffee beans or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for presentation.
