Directions
- 1
Preparing the Oysters
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the oysters under cold running water to remove any dirt or sand. Carefully shuck the oysters, retaining the liquor, and place them on a baking tray.

Making the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.
- 3
Assembling the Oysters
Drizzle the garlic butter over each oyster, ensuring to distribute it evenly. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each oyster. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Baking the Oysters
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 5
Finishing Touches
Remove the oysters from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
