Crispy Chicken Ballantine Ingredients

Method

Crispy Chicken Ballantine Directions

1

Prepare the Chicken Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken thighs, minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.

2

Form the Balls

Add the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

3

Cook the Chicken Balls

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken balls and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4

Prepare the Cabbage

While the chicken is cooking, thinly slice the cabbage and toss it with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside to marinate.

5

Serve

Once the chicken balls are cooked, place them on a plate and serve alongside the marinated cabbage.
