Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Season and Toss

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Roast

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Maple Glaze

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, combine the maple syrup and dried cherries in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture is warm and the cherries have softened.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the maple glaze over the top. Toss to combine and serve warm.
