Deviled Eggs Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool before peeling.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

Once the eggs are cooled and peeled, slice them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, tomato juice, pickle relish, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

    Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Top each egg half with a sprinkle of paprika.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Garnish each egg with a slice of green olive and a half of a cherry tomato.
