Preparing the Tuna

Marinate the Tuna Steaks
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the blue fin tuna steaks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to high heat, about 400°F (200°C) for perfect grilling.

Dice the heirloom tomatoes and watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Slice the Fresno chilies, removing seeds if desired for less heat.

In a large bowl, combine the diced heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, sliced Fresno chilies, and Taggiasca olives. Drizzle with sundried tomato oil, and toss gently to combine.
