Prepare the Cured Meats
Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin strips. Arrange them on a large serving platter.

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the mozzarella balls in half if they are large. Slice the parmesan into thin wedges and crumble the gorgonzola. Add the cheeses to the platter, spacing them evenly with the cured meats.

Prepare the Olives
Drain the green and black olives if they are in brine. Place them in small bowls or directly on the platter.

Prepare the Accompaniments
Slice the baguette into thin slices and arrange them around the platter. In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dipping.
