Method
Preparing Clam Strips
Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Coat Clam Strips
Dip each clam strip into the wet mixture, then coat with the dry mixture. Ensure they are evenly covered.
Cooking Clam Strips
Heat Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry Clam Strips
Carefully drop clam strips into the hot oil, cooking in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions. Season with salt to taste.
Making Coleslaw
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.
Making Tartar Sauce
Mix Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
