    Prepare the glass

    Take a champagne flute and place the brown sugar cube at the bottom.

    Add bitters

    Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters directly onto the brown sugar cube.

    Pour the sparkling wine

    Slowly pour 150 ml of sparkling wine over the sugar cube and bitters, allowing the sugar to dissolve.

    Serve

    Gently stir if desired and serve immediately.
