Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the wings, and toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
- 6
Serve
