1. Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Cook the Noodles

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. Add Proteins
