Prepare the Burger Patties

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions (about 4 ounces each) and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Buns
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread Art's special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place one patty with melted cheese on each bun, followed by a generous spoonful of tomato-bacon jam, lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, onion, and pickles.

Finish the Burger
Top with the other half of the bun and press down gently. Your Art Burger is ready to serve!
