Method

Prepare the Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions (about 4 ounces each) and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Cook the Patties

  1. 3

    Heat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 6

    Layer the Ingredients

Spread Art's special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place one patty with melted cheese on each bun, followed by a generous spoonful of tomato-bacon jam, lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, onion, and pickles.

  3. 7

    Finish the Burger

Top with the other half of the bun and press down gently. Your Art Burger is ready to serve!
