Preparing the Cauliflower

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add cold water to form a smooth batter.
Frying the Cauliflower

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat and Fry
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully add to the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Tossing and Serving

Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower wings in the hot honey sauce until well coated.
