Mixing the Cocktail

Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the elderflower liqueur, bitters, and bourbon or rye whiskey.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds, allowing it to chill and combine well.

Remove the ice from the chilled rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
