Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated and smooth.

Form the Croquettes
Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Prepare the Breading Station
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Croquettes
Roll each cheese ball first in the flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each croquette is well-coated and place them back on the baking sheet.

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine the diced jalapeños, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and salt.

Cook the Chutney
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and becomes syrupy.

Add Cilantro
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
