Raspberry Rose Sorbet

Blend and Strain
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

Add Flavor
Stir in the rose water and lemon juice. Mix well.

Freeze
Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Grapefruit Sorbet

Prepare the Grapefruit Mixture
In a medium saucepan, combine grapefruit juice, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Lemon Juice
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Mix well and let cool.

Orange Sorbet
