Preparation
- 1
Clean the Fish
Rinse the whole Florida Red Snapper under cold water, removing any scales and guts. Pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped fresh parsley and thyme.
- 3
Marinate the Fish
Place the snapper on a large baking sheet. Using a brush or your hands, coat the fish inside and out with the marinade. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over the fish and place lemon slices inside the cavity. Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Serve the Fish
Carefully remove the fish from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
