Burger Preparation

Prepare Salmon Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced salmon fillet, bread crumbs, egg, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the salmon mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1 inch thick.

Sauce Preparation

Make Sauce Tartare
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped capers, pickles, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
French Fries Preparation

Prepare Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into fry shapes. Soak in water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the brioche buns lightly. Place a salmon patty on the bottom half of each bun, top with baby arugula, a generous spoonful of sauce tartare, and cover with the top half of the bun.
