Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Make sure to cover the entire surface for even seasoning.

  2. 2

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare. Flip the steaks and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side. Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the ribeye steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Chimichurri Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

  2. 6

    Let It Sit

Allow the chimichurri sauce to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Slice the ribeye steak against the grain and serve it on a plate. Drizzle chimichurri sauce generously over the steak.

  2. 8

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious ribeye steak with chimichurri sauce!
