Tuna Salad

Method

Tuna Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Open the canned tuna and drain excess liquid. Dice the celery, finely chop the red onion, and dice the dill pickles.

  2. 2

    Mix the Tuna Salad

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, chopped red onion, and diced dill pickles.

  3. 3

    Add Seasoning

Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  4. 4

    Chill the Salad

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Grilled Chicken

  1. 5

    Marinate the Chicken

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade evenly.

  2. 6

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  3. 7

    Grill the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 8

    Rest the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
