Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems carefully and set them aside for later use.

Filling

  1. 3

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Take the mushroom caps and fill each one generously with the crab and cream cheese mixture, pressing down lightly to ensure they are well filled.

Topping and Baking

  1. 5

    Prepare the Topping

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

  2. 6

    Top the Mushrooms

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over each stuffed mushroom.

  3. 7

    Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve Hot

Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm!
