Method

Preparation

Rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge of the glass and then dipping it into salt. Set aside.

In a shaker, combine 1800 Coconut Tequila, Blue Curacao, Triple Sec, Pineapple Juice, and Homemade Margarita Mix.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Fill the prepared glass with ice.

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over the ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
