Clean and Prepare Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp, removing the shell and the intestinal tract.

Chop Garlic
Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Slice Prosciutto
Slice the prosciutto di Parma into thin strips.

Grate Mozzarella
Grate or slice the mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
Cooking

Sauté Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook Portobello Mushrooms
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Place the portobello mushrooms, gill side down, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until tender.

Assemble the Dish
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the cooked portobello mushrooms. Top with sautéed shrimp, strips of prosciutto, and grated mozzarella cheese.

Bake
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the assembled mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula. Serve immediately.
