Burger Patties

Slider Buns

Toppings

Method

Prepare the Burger Patties

1

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

2

Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a slider patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook the Patties

3

Heat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.

4

Cook the Patties

Place the slider patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

5

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Toast the Slider Buns

6

Butter the Buns

Spread butter on the cut sides of the slider buns.

7

Toast Buns

Place the buns, buttered side down, on the grill or in a skillet until golden brown and toasted.

Assemble the Sliders

8

Build the Sliders

On the bottom half of each toasted slider bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, a slice of pickle, and your choice of ketchup and mustard.

9

Top with Bun

Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider.
