Classic Negroni Preparation
Gather Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed to make the Classic Negroni.
Add Brooklyn Gin
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Brooklyn Gin.
Add Antica Vermouth
Next, pour in 1 oz of Antica Vermouth.
Add Campari
Then, add 1 oz of Campari to the mixing glass.
Add Ice Cubes
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, approximately 1 cup.
Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with Orange Peel
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink, then garnish with the peel.
