Preparing the Croutons

Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the baguette into small cubes (about 1-inch).

Bake the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even browning.
Preparing the Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning according to preference.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
