Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the dry rub mixture until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Fry the Wings
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully fry the baked wings in batches for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and extra crispy.

Toss in Sauce
If desired, toss the fried wings in your choice of sauce or dry rub before serving.

Serve
Serve the wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
