Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

Oven Roasting

  1. 3

    Oven Roast

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Roast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy.

Frying and Serving

  1. 4

    Fry the Wings

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 5

    Toss in Sauce

Remove the wings from the fryer and toss them in your choice of sauce or dry rub.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
