Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Spinach

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, sautéed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Baking

  1. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve with Pretzel Bread

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with sliced pretzel bread for dipping.
