Cooking Potatoes and Sausage

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and peel the fresh potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Slice the Zwyczajna sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Fry the Potatoes
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Season with Paprika
Sprinkle the Hungarian paprika over the potatoes and sausage. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Making Creamy Beer Cheese

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and beer. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard. Mix until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
