Prepare the Roast Beef

Rub the blackened seasoning all over the roast beef. In a skillet over medium heat, sear the beef on all sides until nicely browned. Then, reduce heat and cook until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (medium rare is about 135°F). Allow to rest before slicing thinly.

Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the gluten-free rolls in half. Layer the shaved blackened roast beef on the bottom half of each roll. Top with slices of provolone cheese and a generous amount of horseradish sauce. Place the top half of the roll on each sandwich.

Serve with Broth

Heat the beef broth in a saucepan until simmering. Serve each sandwich with a small bowl of warm beef broth for dipping.
