Method

Cooking the Burgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties, each weighing approximately 4oz.

  2. 2

    Sear the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet. Press down on each patty with a spatula to sear and smash them. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 3

    Add Toppings

Once the patties are cooked, place them on the bottom half of the burger buns. Top each patty with bacon bits and drizzle with creamy beer cheese sauce.

  2. 4

    Finish the Burger

Add lettuce leaves and a slice of tomato on top of the cheese. Place the top half of the bun over the burger to complete.
