For the Brownies

Method

Making the Brownies

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Melt Butter and Mix

In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.

  3. 3

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Brownies

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  6. 6

    Cool and Cube

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into cubes.

Assembling the Rockslide

  1. 7

    Layer the Toppings

In a serving dish, place the brownie cubes on the bottom layer. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with toasted pecans and Oreo cookie crumbs.

  2. 8

    Add Ice Cream

Top with scoops of premium vanilla ice cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.

  3. 9

    Serve Immediately

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Brownie Rockslide!
