Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Highland Park 12 Year Whisky, Ron Zacapa 23 Year Rum, Laphroaig Quarter Cask, Licor 43, Amaretto, Cocchi di Torino, Leyenda Oloroso, Salted Caramel Syrup, and Fresh Lemon Juice.
Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Optional: Garnish with a lemon twist or a drizzle of salted caramel on top for an extra touch.
